Our Process

INSPECTION & PREP

Disconnect Power: Turn off the AC breaker and disconnect shore power to ensure safety.
Access the Roof: Safely climb to the roof and remove the plastic shroud (cover) using a screwdriver.
Clean Debris: Use a brush, vacuum, or leaf blower to remove leaves, dirt, and dust from the entire unit area.
Inspect Components: Remove the shroud AC cover, check for mold, fan blade damage, or rusted parts while the cover is off.
Cleaning the Coils

Locate Coils: Identify the condenser coils (outside) and evaporator coils (inside, usually under a cover).
Apply Specialty Cleaner: Spray a dedicated, pro-grade foaming coil cleaner to break down dirt.
Brush Coils: We use a specialty bristle brush to gently clean the coils, moving in the direction of the fins to avoid bending them.
Finalizing Maintenance

Straighten Fins: Use a fin comb or needle-nose pliers to gently straighten any bent aluminum fins
Reassemble: Replace the shroud and screws, then turn the power back on.
