Disconnect Power: First we will need all power turn to the AC breaker and disconnect shore power to ensure safety.

Access the Roof: We will safely climb to the roof and remove the plastic shroud (cover).

Clean Debris: We will use a combination of tools to remove leaves, dirt, and dust from the entire unit area.

Inspect Components: Lastly, we will remove the shroud AC cover, check for mold, fan blade damage, or rusted parts while the cover is off. We will report our findings accordingly, then proceed with the AC cleaning.

Locate Coils: We will identify the condenser coils (outside) and evaporator coils (inside, usually under a cover). To inspect and apply pro-grade cleaning agents to break down dirt.

Brush Coils: We use a specialty bristle brush to gently clean the coils, moving in the direction of the fins to avoid bending them.

Straighten Fins: We use professional techniques and tools to gently straighten any bent aluminum fins as best as possible, before reassembly.

Reassemble: After completion of the AC cleanout, we will replace the shroud cover, then turn the power back on.
